All plans are prepaid. No refunds or cancellations once activated.

Important: All payments are final. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted data. AllAuction.in is not liable for third-party or user-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

Logos, brands, and content are owned/licensed by AllAuction.in or its associates. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt to hack, overload, spread malware, or misuse the platform. Violations may lead to civil/criminal liability.

7. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify AllAuction.in (V THINK SOLUTION) against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse.

8. Liability

AllAuction.in is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability will not exceed the subscription fee paid.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update terms, pricing, and features anytime. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

10. Support

Support is available via WhatsApp and email during working hours.

Virtual Points and No Real Money Policy
